Position introduction:
Formulate and implement the overall strategy and annual business plan of the company; establish and improve the management system and organization structure; in charge of the routine management and operation ; achieve the management and development goals.

 

 

Job Description:

  1. Formulate the corporate strategy and make the business plan, management policies and modes   according to the strategic objectives of the corporation. Organize and implement them after confirmation.
  2. In charge of the basic team building and standardize the internal management of the corporation.
  3. Draw out the proposals for internal management organization and basic management system.
  4. Establish the detailed regulations and rules of reward &punish; distributions of wages & bonus; rules between salary & responsibility 
  5. Check and issue the documents sent by the corporation.
  6. Gather and direct the general manager official meetings; check,supervise and coordinate the work process between diffrerent departments; chair the administrative meetings and symposiums; sum up the work and listen to the reports.
  7. In charge of the overall management ; organize and implement the resolutions of the board
  8. Put forward proposals of the update, renovation and development program and plan of the expenditures outside the budget.
  9. Deal with the major emergencies.
  10. Improve the establishment of the corporate culture .

 
Qualifications:
Educational background:
   ◆Above Masters' degree, major in enterprise management, business administration or administrative management
Training experience
   ◆Received trainings as leadership development, strategic management, organizational renovation management, strategic HR management, economic law and financial management or other related trainings.
Work experience
   ◆Above 8 years experience in enterprise management and at least 5 years experience in enterprise overall management.
Skills :
   ◆Familiar with the business events and operation  procedures;
   ◆Have strong leadership skills and talent in team management;
   ◆Master the management mode and essentials of the advanced enterprises and have the advanced management concept.
   ◆Be good at formulating business development strategy and have the ability to master the overall situation;
